A rotary hydraulic lifting spreader used in conjunction with a portal crane can achieve planar rotational movement of the lifting appliance. It is equipped with a rotary device and centering system on the upper part of the telescopic lifting spreader, driven by a hydraulic system, and is a container lifting spreader with high automation and operational efficiency.
It has the function of rotating the container orientation by itself, especially suitable for situations where container rotation operations and high loading and unloading speed requirements are required.
The spreader is designed with a box shaped telescopic insert beam structure. The extension beam is driven by a hydraulic system, and can be freely retracted within the main box beam without the need to replace the spreader. It adapts to the needs of container loading and unloading operations of different models and specifications. The drive device, hydraulic system, electrical cabinet, and hydraulic pipeline are all reasonably arranged between the main box girders.
The rotating device consists of a rotating support device and a driving mechanism. A force equalizing beam is installed on the rotating device to ensure that the four steel wire ropes of the crane are evenly stressed. The rotating part and the non rotating part of the sling are connected by a rotary support. The hydraulic motor drives the reducer and driving pinion to drive the lifting appliance to rotate, with a large rotation angle of 720 degrees.
It is characterized by stable operation, accurate positioning, and high work efficiency. The boom type rotary gantry crane uses PLC technology to control the rotation angle of the lifting appliance (such as using encoder speed measurement and frequency conversion speed regulation technology), so that the rotation angle of the lifting appliance strictly follows the rotation angle of the crane, ensuring that the container always moves in parallel, to improve loading and unloading efficiency. The limit switch can send left and right zero position and left and right end position signals to remind the driver of the rotation direction and position of the lifting appliance.
