Gantry Crane for subway construction is a heavy class lifting equipment that runs on rails. It mainly consists of a steel structure(trussed main beam,Round pipe outriggers,etc.), hoisting trolley mechanism(Equipped with lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and hydraulic turnover mechanism), an operating mechanism and electric control part. The hoisting trolley is used as the lifting mechanism runs along the upper flange of the I-beam of the main beam when working.According to the different dumping directions, the outrigger structure can be divided into two types: A type and U type.
The crane traveling mechanism adopts 8-wheel 4-drive mode and is equipped with a windproof rail clamp. When the crane works normally, the clamp of the rail clamp leaves the rail. At the same time, a steering dumping trolley is developed to adjust the dumping direction according to the position of the slag outlet. With this trolley, the construction company can use a crane to lift and overturn the soil in different slag discharge directions.
