European Design Single Girder Overhead Crane with Middle Class
KSL European single girder cranes feature light weight, compact structure and low energy consumption. The European single girder crane adopts a unique design concept, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and small wheel pressure. Compared with traditional cranes, the limit distance from the hook to the wall is the smallest, and the clearance height is the lowest. The European single girder crane can work closer to the front and has a higher lifting height, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing workshop. Due to the characteristics of light weight and small wheel pressure of European cranes, the new workshop can be designed with smaller space and more complete functions. Smaller plant means considerable savings on initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance costs.
Configuration:
KSL type European design single girder overhead crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,one hoist traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is one European design wire rope hoist for single beam.
The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is ground control.

2.The standard travelling speed of trolley is 2-20m/min (frequency conversion);
3.There are many optional speed levels and frequency control lifting except the standard speed;
