High quality LB type electric traveling overhead single girder crane with explosion proof performance
LB type 1-20 ton explosion-proof single-beam bridge crane: motors, electrical appliances, electric hoist sports cars, rope guides,driving wheels and hoists are all explosion-proof.The structure of the explosion-proof single-girder overhead crane is the same as that of the ordinary LDA electric single-girder overhead crane. Both are composed of a single main beam, end beam, and electric hoist, but it is explosion-proof.
The explosion-proof marks are ExdIIBT4 (three-level explosion-proof), ExdIICT4 (fourth-level explosion-proof).
LB type explosion-proof electric single beam crane According to regulations, the motor and electrical of this crane are explosion-proof type, and when the explosion-proof level is ExIICT4, the operating mechanism shall carry out spark-proof treatment.The whole machine complies with the regulations of B 7T10219 2001 "Explosion-proof Beam Crane", explosion-proof gradeThey are ExdIIBT4 and ExdIICT4. They have reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and strong explosion-proof.
The proof marks are Exd ll BT4 and Exd ll CT4. Explosion proof Single girder overhead bridge crane is applied to sites, where is not higher than the II B or II C-class, and the sites with explosive air mixture formed with inflammable gas (or steam) and air whose factory ignition temperature groups of not less than the T4 group.
