Storage intelligent gantry crane is also known as precision positioning gantry crane. This type gantry crane can divide the position according to the site position, prepare the crane operation map, and the industrial control system drives the crane automatically according to the received instructions. The crane is equipped with anti sway control technology and has the self developed precise positioning control function to ensure the stability, safety and efficiency of the entire material hoisting process.
System introduction:
When materials are warehoused, the ERP system pushes the storage location information to the operation terminal according to the material information. After the position is selected, the fine positioning crane will automatically travel to the starting position and move the lifted materials to the selected position. After all operations are completed, the system automatically updates the location information.
When the materials are delivered out of the warehouse, the ERP system will send the delivery order to the GCP system, and the GCP system will automatically generate the delivery task and issue the order to the crane IPC system. The IPC system will select the delivery materials according to the crane operation map, and the crane will automatically travel to the location to lift the materials to the loading and unloading area according to the order, and then pick the materials out of the warehouse.
