Product Introduction
The structure of the grab bridge crane is the same as that of the universal hook bridge crane(QD type), but its lifting appliances are different. The lifting appliances of the grab bridge crane are equipped with a grab below the hook to grab materials.
Hook bridge crane is a general bridge crane which is widely used in the lifting machinery.Its lifting capacity is from 5tons to 450/80tons,and its working duty is A3~A8 according to the frequency of usage.
It is suitable for loading, unloading and hoisting work in factories, warehouses and freight yards where the ambient temperature is -20ºC~40ºC and the relative humidity is not more than 85%. It is forbidden to work in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
Configuration:
QD type hook crane is mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge,a trolley traveling mechanism, a crane traveling mechanism and an electrical control system. The lifting mechanism is a hook.But the lifting mechanism of grab crane is a grab.
Track is laid on the main beam for the trolley to move laterally along the direction of the main beam. The main girder is welded with the box-shaped end girder, and the end girder is arranged with joints, bolts or pin connections for the crane to be disassembled and transported.
The control method has three ways mainly: pendant line button control, wireless remote control and aerial cabin control, generally standard way is cabin control.
There are two types of cabin : open and closed, with adjustable seats, insulating pads on the bottom plate, and tempered glass for window glass. Air conditioners, sounders, walkie-talkies and other items can be configured according to users' requirements.
Control method:
QZ type grab overhead crane mainly has two operation methods:ground control and air cabin control with closed model or open model;cabin can be installed on the right side or left side of crane according to the practical situation.And the direction of entering the gate has two forms:sideways and ends in order to satisfy the users' choice ,users' different conditions.
Application:
Double girder overhead crane is a main tool and equipment for mechanization and automation of processing in the modern industrial manufacturing and lifting transportation areas.Double girder overhead grab crane is mainly equipped with light class grab for grabbing and transporting materials,so this type crane mainly used for grabbing places such as lump coal, coke, slag, cement and so on.
Product configuration:
QZ type grab overhead crane mainly includes four parts:mental structure part(main beam and end beam,sometimes including traveling tracks),trolley and crane traveling mechanism,electrical control part and lifting mechanism.
- Mental Structure Parts: main beam, end beams, traveling tracks;(1)The main beam adopts the U-shaped groove formed by the steel plate,and then forms the box-shaped beam with the I-beam.The end beams are also rolled into the U-shaped groove with the steel plate,welded into the box-shaped end beams.The main beam and end beams are connected by bolts. (2)We can supply traveling tracks and bus bar for clients according to customers' requirements.There have three methods of tracks' installation:Welding method; bolt fixing method; hook bolt method.
- Traveling Mechanism: trolley traveling mechanism and crane traveling mechanism.The traveling of electric wire rope hoist and crane is controlled separately;and traveling motors adopts soft-start squirrel cage with disc-brake;The traveling speed of them is about 20 or 30m/min.
3.Electrical Parts are equipped by famous international electrical brands,The power supply system of the single-girder bridge crane adopts "multi-level seamless sliding line".
4.Hoisting Mechanism:The hoisting motor adopts a large starting torque conical rotor Squirrel cage motor with disc brake; the hoisting mechanism uses light class grab.
