Wire Rope Electric Hoist

Wire rope electric hoist is a small-sized lifting equipment. Widely used in workshops, mines, harbors,  warehouses and other places. It can also be installed in the cranes, such as single beam crane, gantry crane, bridge crane and jib crane.

Structures And Features of Wire Rope Electric Hoist

Motor: Taper type rotor motor with braking is adopted, and it's produced by Nanjing Special Motor Factory which can guarantee the quality of motor. The bigger torque helps to adapted itself to the frequent moving. The maximum torque is 2.4~3 times the size of rated torque.

Gear Box:  Specially treated gears with high wear resistance; Each geared shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings to ensure the smooth and low-friction operation.

Wire Rope: The rope comply with the exporting standards. The leading rope taken by the drum does not slip sideways when slack and the safety factor of the rope is six.

Rope Drum:  Grooved hoist drum and seamless pipe of adequate length to be wounded in one layer; Proper support for the rope to minimize abrasive wear; Drum shaft resolves on ball bearings to ensure the smooth running.  

Electric Apparatus Controlling System: Model CD1 and MD1 Hoist is composed of the contactor box, controlling switch, and cut-off limiter; The working voltage of controlling switch is 380V, 36V or 24V(safety voltage).

Rope Guide: To make it easy accessibility, it is made into two halves; The rope may not uncoil even when the hoist is in unloaded condition because the rope guide encircles the drum completely. Besides, The rope guides made in our company have been thickened and dilated to make it have a long life span.

Hoist Hook: The hook block is tested to 150% of full load before assembly. The rope sheaves are fully guarded with protective steel casting. All sheaves rotate on ball bearing and the pulley is thicken and dilated.
