MZ type double girder gantry crane with grab 10.5~31.5m with cabin control

Details:
The pick-up device is a four-rope grab bucket with double drums, which is simple in structure and reliable in operation. The grab can be opened and closed at any height. When the grabbing material particles are less than 100mm, the effect is good and the production efficiency is high. When the grabbed particles are 200mm large, a toothed grab is required. The grab bucket is more suitable for bulk materials in a natural accumulation state. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, it must be specially proposed in the order. When using in the open air, waterproof equipment must be provided.

Product configuration:
This product is composed of box-shaped bridge frame, cart running mechanism, trolley, grab bucket and electrical equipment, all of which are operated in the cabin control room.

• The tires of cranes are made of polyurethane material, which has good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance, aging resistance and adhesion. Different raw materials can be used to produce materials suitable for a wide temperature range (-50 ~ 150 ºC), including elastomers, thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins. Not resistant to hydrolysis at high temperature, nor resistant to alkaline media.

From pre-bending by 1250t press machine, to Edge rolling by three-roller plate roll, at last the longitudinal joint and circumferential joint of drum are welded by automatic welding center and drum processed by heavy duty CNC horizontal machine tool.
