450T Lifting Beam Bridge erection crane provided by Henan Mine Crane for bridge construction
 
Lifting beam gantry cranes can be used to lift two-piece prefabricated beams at the same time, and a single gantry crane equipped with double hoisting equipment to lift prefabricated beams separately. The lifting capacity of two lifting machines at the same time is generally 450 tons, and the lifting capacity of a single lifting machine. The weight is usually up to 900 tons.
 
Lifting equipment, which can achieve all-round mechanized action. It is mainly used to lift the prefabricated beam from the beam-making platform to the beam storage platform.
After the prefabricated beam is completed, it is lifted from the beam-holding platform to the beam-carrying vehicle. As a lifting device, complete the assembly and disassembly of the bridge machine. It is also used to erect bridges with low.
 
The arm is the main load bearing beam of the bridge frame and is a double box girder structure. According to the force conditions of the arm and finite element analysis, each box girder is designed as a box-shaped variable section.
 
Classification:
A bridge erector is very different from a crane in the normal sense of the word. Its requirements are demanding and there are girders walking on pieces, or called longitudinal movement. The bridge erector is divided into
1. highway bridge erector,
2. railway bridge erector,
3. public-railway bridge erector,
4. high-speed railway bridge erector,
5. section assembly bridge erector,
6. mobile moulding bridge erector.
The road and railway bridge erectors are generally single girder structures; the bridge builders are different from the bridge erectors in that the erectors are prefabricated girders placed on the piers, while the bridge builders have mould that can be poured directly on site.
